Viruses or Malware
Viruses or Malicious Software (Malware) can really do some damage to your computer. However, it’s really not all that hard to get rid of as long as you have the right tools. Now there are some very potent viruses out there that might require some help from Dray, but for the most part you can solve almost all virus issues on your own.
One tool available for you to use, a tool that we use here at Dray, is MalwareBytes. It is a little piece of software that, if used correctly, can find and remove almost all malware. Another tool available for free is Microsoft Security Essentials. This is a consumer level version of the program we recently upgraded to for our campus antivirus.
