If you have issues logging into your Hiram account or have issues within a campus computer lab, please contact visit the Hiram College I.T. Help Desk or contact the I.T. Help Desk by e-mail at helpdesk@hiram.edu or by phone at 330-569-5313. You can also visit in person in Hinsdale 211.

Learning Technologies Help Desk

If you are having questions about or issues with your iPad or its accessories, be it app issues or hardware issues, please contact the Learning Technologies Help Desk by email (techandtrek@hiram.edu) or phone 330-569-6040.  You can also visit in person in the lower level of the Hiram College Library in the Media Services and Learning Technologies Help Desk area.

Media Services Help Desk

If you are having issues with technology in a classroom you can reach out to the Media Services Help Desk by email (instech@hiram.edu) or by phone 330-569-5360. Contact Apogee at 833-410-2428 or e-mail support@myresnet.com.  You can also text Apogee at 84700.  They are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. You can also chat live with them.
