You can also stop by in person. The Learning Technologies Help Desk is located in the lower level of the Hiram College Library in the Media Services and Learning Technologies Help Desk area. The Help Desk is open during the academic year Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. and during the summer Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.
