Handling Junk Email
Please be aware that valid external communications may go to your Outlook Junk Email folder, rather than to your inbox due to mail filtering which helps keep our environment secure and catch unwanted emails.
Given this, please check your junk folder regularly.

If you identify an email that is from a valid sender, or that should be coming to your inbox – take the following steps:
Right click on the email in question > select junk > select not junk

Once selected, you will get an additional pop-up to always allow mail from the specified sender – which will allow emails from that sender to flow into your inbox as normal
