AirPrint capabilities have been restored. If you are utilizing your Hiram College-issued iPad, you will need to install the “Papercut Mobility Print for iOS” app that is located in Self Service. Once installed, it may say “Reinstall” and if it does, hit “Cancel.” Be sure you are connected to the “Hiram” wireless network and you should be able to print.
If you are attempting to AirPrint from a device other than your Hiram College-issued iPad, you will need to be on the Hiram Guest network and access this link from the Safari web browser. Once you go to the link, you will be prompted to install the app. Once installed, you should be able to print.
